Our fingers may be a part of the body most often we move on now technological era. Not just typing hundreds of messages in group conversations on cell phones, but we also work using a laptop. Even though our fingers nimble move, muscle turns the hands could not grow strong. Instead, the research proved that hand modern people increasingly weak.

Often Typing on Mobile Phones Weakens the Muscles of the Hand

The researchers analyzed data on Americans aged 20-34 years and comparing the results with data from participants in 1985. To measure the strength of hand, participants are asked to squeeze a tool as powerful as they can afford.

Three decades ago, men aged 20-24 years of age have a right-hand grip around 54.8 kilograms. In the year 2016, the study results reveal the dramatic decline, due to the strength of the hand only about 45.8 kilograms. On the female participant, also reduced hand strength, but does not change drastically as before. Approximately the difference in just about 4.5 kg.

Experts are sure that power is decreased because of increasing time people use modern gadgets, especially mobile phones.

"Working patterns have changed dramatically since 1985. We no longer work in the field of agricultural or carpentry. We do currently strongly associated with technology, "said Chief Researcher Winston-Salem.

This is not the first study that revealed the effects of too much use of gadgets.

Other studies on children show pre-school age children who too often use the gadget also weaker grip the pencil.
